The Hearing Accredited Workplace Programme provides practical tools and training to help your organisation to become more inclusive of the 880,000+ New Zealanders who are Deaf or hard of hearing.
The programme also teaches you and your team about hearing health in the workplace and how to care for hearing for life.
It's an excellent opportunity for everyone in the team to learn about Deaf culture, some basic New Zealand Sign Language and hearing loss aware communication strategies. As well as to gain a better understanding of how to monitor noise and protect hearing in the workplace.
